Craig is a Director of Phase Shift Engineering and a Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience across electrical engineering design, construction management, close approach work, fault investigation, and design management.
His background includes senior roles at global consultancies, including WSP, Buro Happold, and Foster + Partners. He brings tier-one technical capability to Phase Shift Engineering across complex power distribution, lighting design, and building systems integration. The firm operates as a focused, specialist consultancy, offering the technical depth of a major firm alongside the responsiveness and agility of a small practice.
Craig prioritises clear communication, sound engineering judgement, and practical solutions that deliver in physical operation, not just on paper.

Kezia is a Director of Phase Shift Engineering, bringing over 18 years of technical engineering design and business leadership experience to the firm. She has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, underpinned by a technical background in mechatronics engineering and specialist acoustics design, as well as a strong focus on business strategy.
At Phase Shift Engineering, Kezia holds governance oversight for the firm while actively supporting project delivery, design integration, and technical automation. Her breadth across mechatronics, acoustics, and engineering design allows her to view project challenges broadly, helping to resolve complex technical and operational risks early in project lifecycles.
